Laurel Street is a family owned, Fort Collins based design build firm specializing in residential remodeling. The owners, Josh and Nicole Roloff, have been remodeling homes in Fort Collins for over 12 years. Josh has worked in the building industry for over 20 years including framing, restoration, construction, directing a non-profit home restoration service, project managing an overseas building project and owning his
own remodeling business. Josh’s skills in transforming a space reach beyond construction, he has a talent for casting vision for a space and creating unique design and custom crafted elements. With a talent for taking time to really hear a client’s wishes, Josh is able to offer an unusual combination of implementing his own craft while accomplishing and enhancing a client's own desires and plans for their home.

THE PROCESS
SET APART FROM THE REST
The process is fairly simple. And, the process is one of the ways Laurel Street Design Build is set apart. Josh enjoys a casual initial meeting at a client’s home chatting about the project over a cup of coffee. There are many ways Laurel Street can be involved in a project, from designing and crafting plans for the new space to providing and managing the many talented subcontractors he has built a relationship with over the years.

Recent Projects
BONNER PEAK RANCH
Bonner Peak Ranch” Bonner Peak Ranch is a whole house remodel, one of the owner’s was an interior designer and she and Josh partnered to create the look and feel of a modern rustic space with unique elements that Josh created like reclaimed charcoal treated wood floors and a shotgun treated backsplash (link to “stories” page for more)
RUMINATE BARN
Ruminate Barn” On this project Josh turned a lovely old horse barn into a beautiful office for a literary magazine. Wanting to maintain the charm of this building, Josh kept beams and the rustic wood doors, refinished the concrete floors and added unique touches like living edge log shelves.
RIDGECREST
Ridgecrest” This home was a tired basic ranch that Josh helped the owners turn into a sharp mid-century modern whole house remodel.
OLD TOWN COTTAGE
Old Town Cottage” This is the owners personal home. Josh and Nicole completely remodeled from top to bottom. Favorite highlights are the "popped" ceilings with beetle kill rafters and the open floor plan where Josh crafted two arched openings.
